Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy or use PREMRED SHOW. By placing an order you confirm that you've read and accept them. They're written in plain English on purpose — questions, email premredshow@gmail.com or message +1 (213) 550-2664.

What you're buying

A one-time access pass to the PREMRED SHOW streaming service for the duration printed on the plan you chose. There is no automatic renewal, no card-on-file, and no recurring charge. When the duration runs out the line stops working until you buy another pass.

How delivery works

  • After payment we activate your line and send setup instructions to the email or WhatsApp number you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
  • You are responsible for the device you watch on (Smart TV, phone, box) and for the internet connection it uses.
  • Each plan permits the number of simultaneous devices listed on the plan card. Sharing beyond that may cause the line to be paused.

What we promise — and what we don't

  • We try to maintain an uninterrupted service but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Channels and titles can change without notice depending on broadcaster availability.
  • If the service stops working for reasons under our control we'll either fix it or refund the unused portion. See the refund policy.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the current plan.

What you agree not to do

  • Resell, sublicense, or rebroadcast the service to third parties.
  • Share your access link publicly or with people you don't live with.
  • Use the service in any way that breaks the law where you live.
  • Attempt to circumvent security or rate-limiting controls.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel the line, without refund, if we detect serious abuse.

Pricing and changes

Prices listed at checkout are what you pay — no add-ons. We may adjust the published prices for future plans; existing plans you've already paid for are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator is registered. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that country.

Updates

We'll post any change to these terms here with a new "Updated" date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
