Privacy Policy

This page describes what personal data PREMRED SHOW ("we", "us") collects when you buy or use our service, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We try to keep this short and honest. Questions? Email premredshow@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +1 (213) 550-2664.

What we collect

  • Account details you give us at checkout: email, name, country.
  • Order details which plan you bought, the amount, the date, and the transaction id our payment processor returns.
  • Support messages you send us via email or WhatsApp.
  • Server logs from Cloudflare and our hosting providers — IP address, user agent, timestamps. Used for fraud prevention and debugging.

We do NOT see or store your card or payment-account credentials. Payment is processed entirely on our payment processor's side.

Why we collect it

  • Deliver the service you paid for (send setup instructions, activate your line).
  • Provide customer support and respond to your messages.
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Meet our legal accounting and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

  • Payment processor — a regulated provider that handles your card details and processes the charge.
  • Supabase — encrypted database hosting for orders and customer records.
  • Cloudflare — site hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection.
  • WhatsApp / Meta — when you message us for setup or support.

We do not sell your data and we don't share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

While your account is active and for up to 12 months after, so we can honor refund requests and answer billing questions. Tax-relevant records (paid orders) are kept for 5 years to satisfy legal retention rules.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Show you the data we hold about you.
  • Correct it if anything is wrong.
  • Delete it (subject to the tax-record retention above).
  • Stop using it for something other than fulfilling your order.

Email premredshow@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies: a session cookie when an operator signs in to the admin dashboard, and a Cloudflare cookie used for bot detection. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Changes to this policy

We'll post any changes here with a new "Updated" date. Material changes that affect your data will also be sent to you by email.
