Guide 01

Samsung / LG Smart TV

Available in the Samsung & LG app stores. Free 7-day trial, then a one-time activation.

    Install the BOB Player app from the Samsung or LG store and open it once. Note the MAC address shown on screen.

    On a phone or laptop, open siptv.app/mylist and enter that MAC address.

  3. 3

    Paste the M3U playlist URL we sent you in the 'External link' field, set the country, and hit 'Add link'.

  4. 4

    Reopen the BOB Player app on your TV. Channels load within a few seconds.

Guide 02

Amazon Fire TV / Fire Stick

Installed via the Amazon Appstore (search 'IPTV Smarters'). Free.

    From the Fire TV home screen, search for 'IPTV BOB Player app' and install it.

    Open the app and choose 'Login with Xtream Codes API'.

  3. 3

    Enter the username, password, and server URL from the message we sent you. Pick any name for the profile.

  4. 4

    Tap 'Add User'. The Live TV, Movies and Series sections populate within ~30 seconds.

Android TV / Google TV / NVIDIA Shield

Available in the Google Play Store on TV. Free tier covers one playlist.

TiviMate

    Install TiviMate from the Play Store on your TV.

  2. 2

    Open it, tap 'Add playlist', and choose 'Enter URL'.

  3. 3

    Paste the M3U URL we sent you and confirm. Channels and EPG download together (about 10–20 seconds).

  4. 4

    On the next screen, set Picture-in-Picture and 'Open last channel on start' to your preference. Done.

Guide 04

Apple TV 4K

Available in the tvOS App Store. Free.

    Open the App Store on Apple TV and install IPTV BOB Player app.

  2. 2

    Launch the app and select 'Login with Xtream Codes API'.

  3. 3

    Use the Apple TV remote (or Apple TV Remote on iPhone) to type your username, password, and server URL from our message.

  4. 4

    Save the profile. The catalogue loads in under a minute, and Dolby Vision streams autoplay where supported.

iPhone, iPad & Android phones

Both are free in the App Store / Google Play. Use whichever your platform offers.

    Install IPTV BOB Player app (iOS) or TiviMate (Android) from your store.

    On first launch, tap 'Add playlist' and choose 'Enter URL' (TiviMate) or 'Login with Xtream Codes API' (Smarters).

  3. 3

    Paste the credentials or M3U URL from our WhatsApp message exactly as sent.

  4. 4

    Save. The channel list and on-demand library appear in a few seconds. Toggle PiP from the player controls.

Guide 06

MAG, Formuler & Enigma2 boxes

These boxes accept a portal URL natively — no extra app needed.

Built-in portal

    Power on your box and go to Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals.

    In 'Portal 1 URL', paste the portal link we sent you. Leave 'Portal 2' empty.

  3. 3

    Save and reboot the box (Settings → Reboot). It boots straight into the PREMRED portal.

  4. 4

    On Enigma2 boxes, install the OE-Alliance IPTV plugin and load the M3U URL — same credentials work.

Guide 07

Mac & Windows

IPTV Smarters has a desktop build; VLC works as a fallback for ad-hoc viewing.

    Download IPTV Smarters from iptvsmarters.com (Mac and Windows builds available).

  2. 2

    Open the app and pick 'Add new user' → 'Login with Xtream Codes API'.

  3. 3

    Paste server URL, username, password from our message. Hit 'Add User'.

  4. 4

    For VLC: Media → Open Network Stream → paste the M3U URL → Play. Useful for quick checks but no EPG.

When something's off

Six issues that cover 95% of tickets.

If your problem isn't here, message us on WhatsApp — median response under 3 minutes.

The app says 'no channels' or hangs on loading.

99% of the time it's a typo in the URL or credentials. Re-paste from the WhatsApp message — make sure no spaces leaked in. Restart the app after re-entering. Still nothing? Reply to our WhatsApp and we'll re-issue the line in seconds.

Streams start then buffer constantly.

Switch to a 5GHz Wi-Fi network or plug in via Ethernet. IPTV needs ~15 Mbps for 4K — speedtest.net will tell you. If your speed is fine, lower the player buffer in the app settings to 3 seconds.

EPG (channel guide) is empty.

In TiviMate or Smarters: Settings → EPG → 'Update now'. The first sync can take 60 seconds. If still empty, your provider EPG URL might need a manual paste — message us and we'll send it.

Some channels work, some don't.

A handful of regional channels rotate sources. We monitor uptime constantly and rebroadcast within minutes. If a channel stays dark for more than 15 minutes, ping WhatsApp with the channel name.

I want to use it on a 6th device.

All plans include 5 simultaneous streams. The 6th device will get a 'too many connections' error. Stop one of the active streams (kill the app on a TV that's idle) and the new device will connect.

I lost the WhatsApp message with my line.

Reply to that same WhatsApp thread with 'Resend my line' — we'll send fresh credentials within minutes. We also email a backup copy to the address you used at checkout.
