What you're about to ask.
Mostly: source quality and infrastructure. Most cut-rate IPTV is upscaled SD on shared lines with no failover. PREMRED runs on origin servers in 12 regions with anycast routing, which is why our buffer rate is under 0.4% (vs the cheap-IPTV norm of 6–9%).
Not for the service to work. If your ISP throttles streaming or blocks our hosts, a reputable VPN solves it. We don't sell or recommend one — too many sketchy affiliate programs in that space.
Each channel has a primary and two backup origins. Failover is automatic and usually invisible. If a channel stays down for over an hour, we issue a credit without you asking.
Yes. Upgrades are prorated to the day; downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you don't lose what you paid for.
Probably. Our search at the top of the catalog page covers all 23,000+ entries; if it's not there, drop us a chat — we add roughly 50 channels per week based on subscriber requests.
